A creator or member directly affected by a moderation or account decision may submit one good-faith appeal unless the matter is legally prohibited from review or the account presents an immediate safety risk.

How directly affected members and creators may request reconsideration of eligible moderation and account decisions.
Effective July 12, 2026
Appeal contents
Include the account email, decision being appealed, relevant content or transaction references, and a concise explanation with any supporting information.
Independent review
When practical, an appeal is reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker. Temporary restrictions may remain in place during review.
Final determination
The platform may affirm, modify, or reverse the decision. Repeated or abusive appeals may be closed without further response.
