Billing support
Manage renewals and resolve billing questions.
Each creator membership is a separate recurring subscription. Canceling one does not affect the others.

Sign in and open Membership Management.

Select the creator subscription you want to manage.

Choose Cancel renewal and retain the confirmation.

For a charge dispute or access failure, email billing@platinumsloane.com with the account email, creator, date, and amount.
Live checkout remains disabled until CCBill approval and final account configuration.
No paid membership should be considered active until the processor confirms payment and the platform updates the entitlement.
