Creator Agreement Summary

Creators operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Platinum Sloane. Creators are responsible for their content, taxes, licenses, releases, and legal compliance.

Before publishing adult content, creators must complete identity and age verification and maintain compliant records for every depicted participant. Records must be authentic, current, and available for review.

Creators retain ownership of their content while granting Platinum Sloane a limited license to host, display, protect, moderate, promote, and deliver it through the service.

Creator earnings are calculated after processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, platform fees, and lawful reserves. Payout timing is subject to processor settlement and risk requirements.

The platform may remove content or restrict accounts for safety, legal, processor, or policy reasons. Creators remain responsible for obligations and disputes arising before termination.
