A member may cancel a creator subscription at any time through membership management or by contacting billing support. Cancellation prevents future renewal for that subscription.

Access after cancellation
Unless processor rules or applicable law require otherwise, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges.
Separate creator subscriptions
Canceling one creator membership does not cancel memberships with other creators. Each active subscription must be managed separately.
Confirmation
Members should retain the cancellation confirmation. If a renewal occurs after a timely confirmed cancellation, contact billing support for review.
