The rules governing accounts, creator memberships, recurring access, acceptable use, and platform enforcement.

Platinum Sloane is an adults-only creator membership platform. You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and permitted to access adult-oriented services where you live.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used to provide access to another person.
Each paid creator membership is a separate subscription. Features, prices, and access levels may differ by creator and tier.
A membership grants a limited, personal, revocable right to access the applicable creator experience. It does not transfer ownership of content or create an employment, agency, or personal relationship with a creator.
Paid memberships renew automatically at the disclosed interval and price until canceled. Taxes or processor-required charges may be added where applicable.
Payment processing may be provided by an approved third-party processor. The processor may apply additional terms and verification requirements.
Members may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, harass, threaten, impersonate, solicit unlawful activity, or attempt to bypass access controls.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, the platform, payment partners, or legal compliance. Serious safety or legality concerns may result in immediate restriction while reviewed.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or provisions that by their nature should survive.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Sloane disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
